Been training hard this year and want to reset yourself ready to get back to it in the new year?
Take some time to assess your body and mind with Yin Yoga and Myofascial release, a more passive style of stretching that helps you understand your body, can ease tension and assess where your body’s at before taking the plunge with some time in the sauna and some cold water therapy. Rounded off with a relaxing soak in the hot tub.
Once you’ve changed take some time to set your well being goals for the year with a cleansing s moothie or juice to set you up for the rest of your day.
Start at 9.45pm and ending at 12.45pm - please bring a towel,flip flops, bathers and warm clothes to change into.

Join us for a half day petite retreat, starting with a tension teasing candlelit stretch on the yoga mat followed by some time to chill out in the hot tub and sauna – and dare you try the invigorating cold water bath!?
Change into your comfies for a hot drink and a treat before a super relaxing breath practice and a Yoga Nidra before you float off home.
Starting at 2pm and finishing at 5pm.
