
Yin Yoga & Sound Bath Evening, Friday 15th May | 6:30pm – 9:00pm
Step into an evening of deep rest, gentle movement, and soothing sound.
Join Kelly (Your Herbal Coven) and myself for a calming and restorative experience designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.
The evening will begin with a slow, nurturing yin yoga practice, where poses are held for longer periods to encourage deep relaxation and a gentle opening of the body.
We’ll then transition into a guided body scan meditation, allowing you to fully settle, soften, and bring awareness to each part of your body.
After a short break with light refreshments, you’ll be invited to lie back and immerse yourself in a healing sound bath. Let the calming vibrations wash over you, helping to quiet the mind, restore balance, and leave you feeling deeply relaxed and renewed.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, this evening offers a welcoming space to pause, breathe, and recharge.
